Please read BEFORE CONTACTING WPGLOBUS SUPPORT first
WordPress is an open source software with a long history of World-Wide-Development. In some aspects, it’s “too open”, allowing developers to use “shortcuts”, effectively bypassing WPGlobus!
- “I love your plugin! Everything works perfect and now all my site’s posts, pages and menus are truly multilingual! There is just one little issue I need your help with…”
- “WPGlobus is superb! All of our blogs are working fine, except for one, where we installed the {XYZ} plugin, and now I see some extra characters in their widget…”
- “Brilliant! Super fast, absolutely no overhead! What I am missing is {…}, so if you could just do that, I will be 100% happy!”
- “I switched my theme to {ABC}, and now I do not see flags in the menu. Please help!”
What is the solution?
- First and foremost, ensure you’re using the most recent versions of WordPress, theme, and all plugins. If your theme or plugin hasn’t been updated by their authors for a long time then you might need to look for an alternative.
- Try contacting the theme/plugin authors and see if they can fix the problem. Should they need our help, we will be more than happy to co-operate!
► If none of the above helps, we will try to help. Please tell us what’s happening. Use the Contact Form.
